A complete and comprehensive renovation of this 80 student, two (2) story dormitory building which was originally constructed 1930. The renovation allowed for the full replacement building infrastructure and development of newer energy efficient building systems.
This building was the residential component to Oberlin College’s School of Theology and has a period library, social hall, and dining room. The building detailing is unique and much cherished on campus.
The most challenging aspect of the project was its completion from start to finish in a 10-week window.
