Project Info

Having sat vacant for over twenty years, this adaptive re-use project transformed the former public school building built in 1887 into a regional center for performance and visual arts organizations. In addition to totally upgrading all mechanical, electrical and life-safety systems in the building, the exterior facade was completely restored, highlighted by the re-construction of its unique bell tower that was removed in the 1940’s.
